Move your paper records into Lemon

If you kept paper HACCP records for a while, for example because your kitchen has no signal, we can type them into your Lemon account for you. Records added this way are marked as transcribed from paper in your reports, with the date they were entered. Inspectors accept this as long as you keep the originals.

What to send

1. Photograph every page in good light, flat, one page per photo.
2. Include the fridge or unit name on each temperature sheet.
3. Include the week or date at the top of each checklist.
4. Tell us about any fridge that was renamed or removed.

Send your records

Include your name, the email you sign into Lemon with, your location name and the dates the records cover.

Photos over 10 MB will not upload. Email them to hi@getlemon.app instead, with the same details.

What happens next

We check your account and location, transcribe the records, and email you when they are in the app. Usually within five working days. Each entry shows who recorded it and the date it was entered, so nothing is presented as having been logged at the time.
