Plan and billing
One plan covers every feature, staff training and your whole team for £19 per kitchen per month, after a 14-day free trial with no card needed.
The free trial
The 14 days start when you set up your first kitchen, and the trial includes everything the paid plan does. Near the end of it we email you to add a card.
Managing billing
Owners manage billing on the web. Sign in at app.getlemon.app and open Settings. Under Billing, Subscribe starts the paid plan. Once you have subscribed, Manage billing is where you see your next invoice, update your card or cancel.
Good to know
- Choosing to subscribe starts the paid plan straight away, so any days left in the free trial end there.
- Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- If the trial ends or a subscription lapses, recording pauses, but your records stay there for your team to read and export.
- Each kitchen you add is billed at the same £19 per month, and only owners can add one. See More than one kitchen.
