What Lemon does
Lemon replaces the paper food safety diary: your team records temperatures, food checks, deliveries and checklists on a phone, under their own name.
Your records
Every entry is saved with the date, the time and the name of the person who recorded it. When an inspector asks to see your records, you export a PDF.
Where it runs
Lemon runs in any browser at app.getlemon.app, and as an app on the App Store and Google Play. All three use the same account and the same records.
Good to know
- A saved temperature reading, checklist run or delivery cannot be changed or deleted. If something was wrong, you record what happened as an issue.
- Staff training comes with it: food safety courses your team take on their own phones.
