Privacy and your data

Your records are kept in European data centres, seen only by the team you invite, never sold, and yours to export or delete at any time.

Who looks after it

Lemon is built and run by Lemon App OÜ in Estonia, and most of our customers are in the UK, so we treat GDPR as the floor.

What your team sees

  • Each entry shows the name of the person who recorded it.
  • The team list under Settings → Team shows each person's name, email address and role.
  • Training records are for owners and managers. Staff see their own courses.

Good to know

  • You can export your kitchen's records from Settings → Export PDF Report. See Export a report.
  • Training records export separately, from the web admin. See Check training progress.
  • You can delete your account from Settings → Delete Account.

Export before you delete
Cancelling keeps your records there to read and export. Deleting an owner's account removes every kitchen they own, with all its records, and cannot be undone, so export first.
